Purpose of use:

LZ-6A is used to detect invisible defects on the surface of metals and products and in laboratory practice. It is a liquid with an intense yellow-green luminescence and if subject to the action of ultraviolet rays, it is luminescenced in a layer less than 1 micron. At temperatures below 18 C precipitations can be formed. PR-1 is used to display and record invisible defects detected using capillar penetrant testing. It is a white movable liquid with a specific odor. OZ-1 is used to remove the luminescent component from the surface of testing part, it is also used in laboratory practice. Depending on type of the surfactant used color can be transparent or have a pearly opalescence. The main consumers are aviation engineering and machine-building companies.
